From December 14 to December 23, 2025, PCC successfully organized a Traditional Culture and Wellness Exchange Program in Shanghai and Zhoushan, welcoming 54 participants for an immersive cultural and experiential learning journey.

The program offered a rich selection of hands-on cultural activities, including experiences in Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Gua Sha therapy, as well as traditional cultural workshops in Chinese paper-cutting, tea ceremony, and traditional pastry making. These activities allowed participants to engage directly with China’s intangible cultural heritage and gain a deeper understanding of its craftsmanship, aesthetics, and cultural values.

Participants also took part in dragon boat racing, promoting teamwork and cultural appreciation, and visited iconic landmarks such as the Bund in Shanghai, experiencing both the historical depth and modern vitality of China’s urban landscape.

This program reflected PCC’s dedication to experiential learning, cultural immersion, and global exchange, offering participants a comprehensive experience that blended traditional culture, wellness education, and meaningful cross-cultural engagement.
